KRISTIN LINGREN NAMED PARTNER OF MANDELL MENKES

January 1, 2008—Kristin Lingren has been elected to the partnership of Mandell Menkes LLC. Ms. Lingren has a broad range of experience handling complex commercial litigation and counseling clients on a variety of intellectual property, media, and software licensing matters. She also helps businesses and individuals in the publishing, photography, internet, licensing, media, and related industries to exploit and protect their intellectual property assets in business projects and transactions and when disputes arise. As a solicitor admitted to practice law in England and Wales, Ms. Lingren has developed a unique knowledge of English and European intellectual property law, including technology licensing matters and attendant competition law issues. Ms. Lingren is a graduate of the London School of Economics, where she received her LL.M with an emphasis in intellectual property law. Ms. Lingren obtained her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, a member and coach of the National Moot Court team, and as a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing program.
