Mandell Menkes Associate Appointed to ABA Forum on Communications Law position

April 2008 - Lindsay LaVine has been appointed to a two year term as the Forum on Communications Law liaison to the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association.  Ms. LaVine focuses her practice on media and intellectual property matters.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. LaVine was a media coordinator at CNN and a writer and associate producer for NBC 17 News in Raleigh, North Carolina.  She has written and co-authored a number of articles that have appeared in various legal publications.
Ms. LaVine’s term will begin in August 2008.
