Mandell Menkes Lawyer Contributes to Recently Released Book on Promotion Marketing Law

July 24, 2008—Brendan Healey contributed to the recently published book “Promotion Marketing Law” (6th ed.) The book, which is published by PMA The Association for Integrated Marketing, is a compendium of state and federal laws on a variety of topics relating to promotions and marketing. The book is available to PMA members through the PMA website. Brendan contributed chapters on the laws of several states.

Brendan is a partner at Mandell Menkes who counsels clients on various aspects of marketing law, including sweepstakes and contests, rebates, free offers, loyalty programs, gift cards, coupons, premiums, advertising, and privacy issues. He counsels agencies and advertisers in a variety of different industries, such as media, financial services, retail and quick service restaurants.
